“I’ve spent the past 11 years taking care of people internally, and with this new role, I’ll be transferring all that I’ve learned to a client-facing role,” she adds. “My strengths lie in listening, asking the right questions, and anticipating people’s needs, and I look forward to hearing from our captains and owners and further enhancing those connections."

Caroline believes that the true measure of a yacht design is not only how it performs at sea, but how the relationship behind it endures long after delivery. With nearly 20 years at Vripack, she has become a familiar and trusted presence within the studio. Someone who understands that meaningful connections are just as important as groundbreaking design.

Joining Vripack in 2007 in PR and marketing, Caroline worked closely with the management team before moving into HR in 2014. Over more than a decade, she became a cornerstone of the company culture, developing a deep understanding of people, communication and the subtle dynamics that make teams and collaborations thrive.

In her role as Owner Liaison, Caroline focuses on nurturing Vripack’s relationships with owners and captains beyond the lifecycle of a project. Working alongside co-creative directors and the fleet management team, she ensures that the connection built during the design and construction journey continues long after a yacht has left the shipyard.

For Caroline, the journey never truly ends at delivery. Whether offering support, advice or simply a familiar voice on the other end of the line, she ensures that every owner and captain knows that Vripack remains by their side. Invested not only in exceptional yachts, but in the people who bring them to life and sail them forward.
