Our website includes various forms that collect personal data. These data are stored in our website’s CMS (hosted on Dutch servers under Dutch jurisdiction) and sent by email to the relevant department.
Form submissions are shared only with the specific department responsible for responding — for example, a project publication request is sent only to our marketing team. Only a small number of authorised employees can access form submissions for management purposes.
All Vripack employees use personal authentication to access our systems. In addition to the information you provide, we record the date and time of submission, your IP address and the webpage where the form was completed, to give context and allow us to respond appropriately.
