From an early age, Gerben was drawn to the mechanics of movement on water.
His childhood hobby of building and refining RC boats laid the foundation for his pursuit of technical precision and performance. He joined Vripack in 1998 as a technical draftsman, steadily progressing to Partner and Senior Project Manager.
Gerben thrives on bringing owners’ dream projects to life, particularly when he’s involved in the entire process from initial design and engineering to construction and final delivery. His strengths lie in the combination of technical challenges, planning, and collaboration. The greater the challenge, the more focused his approach to deliver successful outcomes defined by detail, partnership and trust.
