Jeroen drives the studio’s collaborative endeavours, connecting industry with education and competitive sport, and using performance as a platform for innovation. These principles shape his approach to yacht design and naval architecture, evidenced by his involvement with Solar Sport One where students compete within the sphere of technical progress, as well as his support of projects that bring emerging talent, engineers and racing teams together.

Jeroen has worked on the design and optimisation of boats powered entirely by solar energy, and as a visible voice in the yachting sector regularly represents Vripack at events and international panels on sustainability and technical advances. His expertise in conceptual design, rooted in engineering, is channelled into engaging new generations, shaping industry dialogue, and accelerating meaningful change within systems design and performance optimisation.
